Check in with your physical body...
1. If you can't shovel... don't do it... ask for help. Reach out to friends, family, local library and find someone who you can count on to shovel or plow so you are not stranded.
2. Make certain to move your body everyday even if you are not able to get outside. Get up from your couch, chair, etc and move whatever and wherever you can. Put music on and bring your Spirit alive.... dance your winter blues away.....Do this several times a day for at least five minutes :-)
3. Drink warm fluids and wholesome soups filled with vegetables and whole grains.
Find a place inside where there's joy, and the joy will burn out the pain.
