Many suffering with pain are extremely affected by the weather.
Your muscles and joints can be more achy, inflammation more on display, and sometimes the dark clouds above bring upon a dark feeling within you.
You can’t change the weather outside, so balance the weather within.
Here are some suggestions for the weather blues:
Read or write inspiring poetry
Get in the kitchen and cook a big veggie stew or soup - prepare a beautiful meal
Crank up your favorite music - remember to dance, and move your body throughout the day
If you want company, call a friend to share your soup
Drink delicious tea
Light a candle and meditate
Create peace in the midst of your pain!
