As an unexpected blanket of snow covers our home I feel so reflective about some of the sessions I’ve had with clients this week. So hard to articulate the challenges of those living with chronic pain and symptoms. Family and friends might see these folks as whiny, emotional, unmotivated, lazy and many other words I’d rather not express here. However, the lack of support and compassionate presence from friends and family create the isolation and separation that increases the chances of one remaining in that state even longer. My prayer is that those of you suffering remember that you are loved even when others can’t relate to your pain and don’t know what to say or how to support you. Don’t ever give up, and know that healing begins as you support yourself with the unconditional loving heart that you are seeking from others. Many Blessings of Peace and healing to all who are suffering tonight and may you plant seeds upon this beautiful new moon, eclipse, and equinox for your health and healing. ~ Caron
We can always come back home to ourselves no matter how far we've traveled from what we know to be the truth for our lives.
Yes, all the moments, each one ... a potential to awaken to the abundant wellspring within you....of hope, healing, nourishment, and Grace.
Connecting within I sense the timelessness of each breath. I ride the ocean within me, each breath calming perceived storms, the waves quieting to receive the peaceful rhythm of presence.
Namaste....Monday Blessings of Peace....Caron
