In the beginning of a new year, clients tell me that they clean house. They clean out their closets, homes, and cars to begin the year with a fresh start. One thing we often forget is to clean out our inner house. What is the old baggage you hold onto? What causes you stress that needs to be unloaded? For the purposes of this blog, I'm speaking about the energetic waste that we carry with us. Some of you might think I'm speaking about doing a vegetable and fruit fast, also a good idea. However, this is about psychic inner trash.
Just like you take out your garbage twice a week, it's important to empty your psychic trash for your overall health. Inquire within at least twice a week to stay clear. Consider what you hold in your mind and body. This doesn't need to be a heavy process of going deep into your past. Start small by asking yourself what are you carrying from today or this week that you need to let go. What's on your mind? Who upset you? When you lie down to go to bed at night, what is keeping you up still rolling around in your head? You have the power at the end of the day to empty your inner trash and create peace in you mind.
