Tuesdays - Gentle Yoga
For all levels. Learn the benefits of moving with a compassionate presence, align with your breath, and practice mindful meditation. Perfect after a long day.

Tools for Healing & Meditation
A 90 minute class for deepening your experience of peace, and embracing the Turning Inward tools. A follow up class for those who have participated in the Turning Inward program and would like to deepen their skills.
Wednesdays 11am - 12:30pm
$30 per class
